"An Alien Has Landed in My Backyard"

 One quiet night, I was about to fall asleep when I heard a strange humming noise outside. At first, I thought it was just a car, but the noise is keep increasing, then  suddenly stopped, I was curious, so I stood up to see.

 

I noticed something unbelievable outside my window. There was something tall, glowing creature with long arms stood in my backyard. Its large, luminous eyes darted are so unconfortably. It appeared to be lost and afraid, but not dangerous.

I slowly stepped outside and saw the alien tremble and pulling its hands to its chest in obvious tremble. I carefully raised my hands to show that I wasn’t any threat. The Alien then tilted its head and made some melodic sounds, maybe it was trying to figure me out?

 

We are trying to communicate by making noise, shapes on the dirt and also gestures. It was discovered that it was stuck on Earth as its spaceship went wrong. Before we could make a plan, a bright headlights flashed across the yard. I heard voices approaching, The Alien had been located by the secret organization. I had to make a quick decision in order to help this Alien or just escape.

 

I grabbed the Alien’s arm without thinking and rushed into the bushes. The Alien’s skin changed its skin colour to match the trees, it was nearly unnoticed. When agents looked into the area, we took shelter in an old barn. Even though my heart was rushing, I knew that I was doing something right.

 

Over the next few days, I helped the Alien repairing a tiny device from its spaceship and get all the tools and accessories that it need. As the time for the spaceship is ready and the Alien need to leave, I felt both happy and sad.

 

There was a luminous spaceship in the sky on the final night. The Alien touches its chest, then lightly pressed my forehead. I had a feeling that said, “Thank you” Then it was gone in just split second.

 

Everything in my life returned to usual but I felt different. Some nights, I could see a small light flickering across the stars. I knew that the Alien was there.
